Replacing IR2156S capacitor & varistor/menjava IR2156S,elkota & varistorja
Zaradi
dotrajanosti ali kakšnih napak omrežja,transporta ali napak v kablih itd..se
nam lahko večkrat zgodi da odpove usmernik.Modul ne
deluje.
Due to wear

Kot lahko vidimo na fotografiji,je odpovedal elektrolitski kondenzator,varistor in najverjetne tudi kontroler IR2156S. Delovanje tega čipa si lahko preberemo na strani http://www.irf.com/product-info/datasheets/data/ir2156.pdf.

Previdno
odvijemo kovinski pokrov in razstavimo vezje .Pozorni bodimo na dve ploščici
tiskanega vezja,ki sta vstavljeni v podnožje,pritrjeni sta z dvema vijakoma.
Carefully unscrew the metal cover and dissaembly the circuit board. Let us pay attention to the two plate printed circuit board, which are inserted in the socket,attached with two screws.
Vezje si pripravimo za delo in pregledamo morebitne vidne napake elementov,ki so odpovedali. Odstranimo zaščitno silikonsko lepilo,ki povezuje elemente za stabilnost zaradi morebitnih vibracij in slabih spajkalnih povezav.
The circuit
are prepared to work,look for any
obvious defects elements fail. Remove the protective
silicone glue that connects the
elements for the stability of
the vibration and bad solder
connections.
Elko kondenzator zamenjamo z
enako vrednostjo kot je bil prejšni.Ker so elkoti po parih;220uF oziroma 330uF glede na izvedbo,moramo
zamenjati oba,ker sta vezana paralelno.Zamenjamo tudi
varistor V275 K20.
Electrolytic capacitor
replaced with the same value as the previous. Since
the capacitors are in pairs; 220uF or 330uF depending
on the version, we have to replace
both of them,
because they are linked in parallel. Replace the varistor K20 V275.
Z vročim
zrakom odspajkamo čip IR2156S (S je oznaka za smd),pazimo da ne segrevamo ostalih elemento
v okolici.
With hot
air resolder the chip IR2156S (S stands for SMD), taking care not to heat other elements
around.
Očistimo
vezje in z vročim zrakom prispajkamo nov element.
Okolico lahko očistimo z alkoholom. Sledi test delovanja. Bodimo previdni
zaradi transistorjev,ki so v zraku toplota se ne
odvaja,vezje zavarujemo proti morebitnemu kontaktu z neprevodnimi materiali.
Clean the
circuit board and soldered with
hot air new
item. Surroundings can be cleaned
with alcohol. Followed by test operations. Let's be careful of transistors

Preden
vezje sestavimo,lepo poravnamo vse sljudne podložke za transistorje.
Modul je popravljen in pripravljen na uporabo.
