Repairing the
pcb,/popravilo ploščice tiskanega vezja.
Zaradi
dotrajanosti ali slabega vzdrževanja,izpostavljanja tekočinam,transporta itd..se
nam lahko zgodi da naprava ne deluje pravilno,slišimo hreščanje in prekinjanje
zvoka. Napaka je na digitalni pretvorbi zvoka v analogno.
Due to wear

Previdno
odvijemo pokrov in ga odstranimo na varno. Odvijemo tudi vijake na zadnji
strani vezja.
Carefully unscrew the cover and remove it to safety. Unscrew the screws on the back side,too.
Odstranimo vezje z ohišja da lahko dostopamo do elementov
na vezju. Začnemo
pri zgornji ploščici video board.
Prepare your
work surface and upside printed
circuit board turn up. Visually check if any
item is damaged.
Previdno odstranimo vse konektorje na video plošči.
Carefully remove
all connectors on the video board.
Odvijemo
še glavno ploščo in jo odstranimo z ohišja da bomo lahko ugotovili napako in jo
popravili.
Unscrew the
main board and remove it from
housing that we can find
the fault and repair it.
Ko imamo
prazno ohišje lahko dostopamo do vseh konektorjev in
povezav. Izmerimo vse kable z avdio in digitalnimi povezavami. Ugotovimo,da so
povezave Ok in predvidevamo napako na glavni plošči.
When we
have an empty
casing can be accessed by

Ker
klaviatura deluje normalno ko jo vklopimo,ko se segreje pa začne zvok
prekinjati je napaka v povezavah na tiskani ploščici. Sledimo povezavam od
procesorja zvoka proti D-ramu in proti D/A pretvorniku.Vse povezave prespajkamo
z vročim zrakom. Lahko uporabimo tudi hladilni spray.Klaviaturo
pustimo vklopljeno in hladimo dele;procesor,D/A pretvornik,RAM in upore med
povezavami. Ko se pojavi nepopačen zvok je tisto mesto vzrok napake in ga pospajkamo.
Since the

Priključimo
napravo in preverimo avdio izhode. Zvok je nepopačen in deluje pravilno.
Klaviaturo pustimo da se segreje vmes lahko predvajamo ritme in opazujemo avdio
izhode. Zvok je ok,naprava deluje pravilno. Glavno
ploščo pritrdimo v obratnem vrstnem redu, kot smo jo razstavili. Konektorje zalijemo z vročim lepilom.
Connect the
device and check the audio output.
The sound is distortion-free and working properly.
Leave keyboard to warm,during we
can be play
rhythms and observe audio outputs.
The sound is ok, the device is working properly. Assembly the main
board in the reverse order, as we have dissasembly.
Fix the connectors
with hot glue.
