Repairing the
power supply the voltage regulator replacement,/popravilo napajalnika,menjava napetostnega
regulatorja
Zaradi
dotrajanosti ali kakšnih napak napetosti materiala,transporta itd..se nam lahko
večkrat zgodi da odpove usmernik. Naprava ne deluje.
Due to wear
or any voltage,material defects, transport etc. .. we can
often happen to terminate the power
supply. The device does not work.
Previdno
odvijemo pokrov in ga odstranimo na varno. Odvijemo tudi vijake na zadnji
strani.
Carefully unscrew the cover and remove it to safety. Unscrew the screws on the back side,too.
Pripravimo si delovno površino in zgornjo ploščo tiskanega
vezja obrnem navzgor.
Vizualno preverimo, če je kakšen element poškodovan.
Prepare your
work surface and upside printed
circuit board turn up. Visually check if any
item is damaged.
Izmerimo upornost na varovalki, upornost je visoka, varovalka je vredu. Ugotovimo napako na adapterju,adapter ne deluje.
Measure the
resistance of the fuse, the
resistance is high, the fuse is good.
We find error
on the adapter, the adapter does
not work.
Poskusimo
z napetostjo 9V AC izmenično naprava še vedno ne deluje.Preverimo
vse veje napetosti in regulatorje za 5,+
Let's try with a voltage
9V AC, unit still does not work. Check all volgate
points and regulators for 5, +15 and -15V. We find
that one of the regulators is not working properly, this is a very rarely.
Odspajkamo napetostni regulator in ga
zamenjamo z enakim. Bodimo previdni,da ne poškodujemo vezja,ki je dvostransko.
Pozorni bodimo tudi pri montaži hladilnika,ne sme se dotikati sosednjega.
Resolder voltage

Popravili
bomo adapter. V ohišje vgradimo transformator 9V
AC,lahko je 2A,zmanšuje napetostna nihanja. Prispajkamo sponke za vhodno napetost 220V AC in izhodno 9V
AC ter privijemo pokrov.
Now, We
will fix the adapter. In housing assembly 9V AC transformer, it may be 2A, reduce the
voltage fluctuations. Solder the terminals
for input voltage 220V AC and output 9V AC and screw on the housing
up panel.
Priključimo
napravo in spremljamo kaj se dogaja na prikazovalniku. Naprava se inicializira, vklopi izhode,slišimo kratek klik in se
postavi na zadnji shranjeni efekt. Naprava deluje pravilno.
Connect the
device and monitor what is happening on the LCD. The device is initialized, switch outputs, we can
hear a short click and place
it on the last saved effect. Device is working properly.
