Repairing the rectifier the varistor replacement,/popravilo usmernika,menjava varistorja

Zaradi dotrajanosti ali kakšnih napak materiala,transporta itd..se nam lahko večkrat zgodi da odpove usmernik. Naprava izklaplja varovalko.

Due to wear or any material defects, transport etc. .. we can often happen to terminate the SPSU. Device burns off the fuse.

Previdno odvijemo pokrov in ga odstranimo na varno. Odvijemo tudi vijake na zadnji strani.

Carefully unscrew the cover and remove it to safety. Unscrew the screws on the back side,too.

Preverimo upornost na sekundarnem navitju transformatorja za diodnim mostičem. Če je upornost velika, napaka ni na sekundarnem navitju ,ampak na primarnem.

Check the resistance of the secondary winding of the transformer after the diode bridge. If the resistance is higher, the error is not on the secondary winding, but in the primary.

Izmerimo upornost na primarnem navitju, upornost mora biti približno 150E .Če je manjša je vzrok napake primarno navitje ali uničen varistor.

Measure the resistance of the primary winding, resistance should be approximately 150E. If the value is lower the fault is primary winding or destroyed varistor.

Instrument nam pokaže samo 11E, skoraj v kratkem stiku.To je premalo za primarno navitje.

The instrument shows only 11E, almost short-circuited. It is to low for the primary winding.

Vidimo fizično poškodbo elementa,varistor je poškodovan in v kratkem stiku. Odščipnemo varistor. Vrednost upornost je sedaj 148E,primar transformatorja je izpraven.

We see the physical injury of element, varistor is damaged and short-circuited. Disconnected varistor. The value of resistance is now 148E, the primary of the transformer is functioning.

Odspajkamo uničen varistor in prispajkamo novega z enakimi vrednostmi.

Resolder destroyed varistor and soldere a new one with the same values.

Priključimo napravo in spremljamo kaj se dogaja z indikacijo,zelena LED ne vgasne,varovalka ostane cela. Naprava deluje pravilno.

Connect the device and monitor what is happening with the indicator, green LED does not light off, fuse remains intact. Device is working properly.
