Repairing the powerend and SPSU/popravilo končne stopnje in napajalnika

Zaradi konstrukcijske napake modela,je po večkratnih ponovljenih napakah popravilo nerentabilno. Če je naprava nova jo je smiselno predelati. Predelali jo bomo z vgradnjo DPA400 ojač. modula in SPS600 napajalnika.

Due to structural failure of model,for several repeated error repairs become unprofitable. If the device is new it makes sense to rework it. It will be processed by installing DPA400 amplified module and SPS600 power supply.

Previdno odvijemo pokrov (mešalni del) in ga odstranimo na varno. Odvijemo tudi vijake na zadnji strani ohišja.

Carefully unscrew the lid (mixing part) and removed it safety. Unscrew the screws on the rear of the housing.

Z ohišja odstranimo pokvarjen napajalni modul SPS1000. Odstranimo tudi ojačevalni modul HCA2400. Ta je problem tega modela,zaradi nestabilnosti odpove končna stopnja zaradi nje pa napajalnik SPS1000.

From the housing remove defective power module SPS1000. Remove the amplifier module HCA2400,also. This is the main problem with this model,due to the instability of HCA2400 final stage which terminate the power supply SPS1000.

V ohišju določimo položaj vgradnje za modula DPA400,glede na možnost hlajenja in najlažje montaže ter razpoložljivost priključnih kablov. Izvrtamo luknje v spodnji del ohišja.

In the housing is detect mounting position for the module DPA400,give the possibility of cooling and easiest installation and the availability of connecting cables. Drill holes in the bottom part of the housing.

Razstaviti moramo še mešalni del naprave,ker so konektorji za priključitev napajanja na SPS600 sedaj na drugi strani. Previdno odvijemo vse matice na vtičnicah in vijake.

We need to dissasembly the mixing part of the device, because the connectors to connect power to the SPS600 is now on the other side. Carefully unscrew all the nuts on the bolts and sockets circuit.

Ko smo izvrtali luknje za SPS600 ga lahko vgradimo. Kable za napajanje mreže 220 ali 110 V bomo morali speljati po drugi strani zaradi spremenjenih položajev konektorjev.

When we drilled the holes for the SPS600 it can be assembled. Cables for power networks 220 or 110 will be routed on the other hand, due to changed positions connectors.

Sedaj lahko vgradimo DPA 400 module. Vgradimo jih pred ventilator da bo možen odvod toplega zraka. Enako montiramo tudi napajalnik SPS600. Priključimo sponke za zvočnike in vhode na končno stopnjo,ter zalijemo z lepilom.

Now you can install DPA 400 modules. Install it by the front of the fan to exhaust hot air possible. Same install the power supply SPS600. Connect the speaker terminals and inputs to the final stage, and infused with glue..

Ker smo vezje mešalnega dela že razstavili sedaj izvrtamo luknje čim bližje konektorju na SPS600. Skozi napeljemo kable za napajanje in signal L in D stran za modul DPA400. Vse preverimo in previdno sestavimo napravo.
