Repairing the jack socket/popravilo jack vtičnice

Zaradi dotrajanosti ali slabega vzdrževanja,izpostavljanja tekočinam,transporta itd..se nam lahko večkrat zgodi da poškodujemo elektronski element. Naprave ne moremo uporabljati pravilno.

Previdno odvijemo zgornji del z vijaki na straneh. Odvijemo tudi vijake na zadnji strani ohišja.

Carefully unscrew the top of the screws on the sides. Unscrew the screws on the rear of the chassis.

Odstranimo vijake pri napajalniku uporabimo manjši izvijač,da jih ne poškodujemo. Previdno dvignemo pokrov naprave.

Remove the screws from the power supply using a small screwdriver that we can not damage it. Carefully lift the cover off the device.

Na ploščici tiskanega vezja odstranimo ostanke lepila pri konektorjih za napajanje in za signale.

We hate to remove the remains of hot glue from power connector and signals connectors on the pcb.

Ker bomo morali odstraniti tudi vezje z vtičnicami moramo odviti vse matice in vijake na vtičnicah. Pazimo da ne poškodujemo zgornje strani ohišja.

Because we have to remove the circuit board with sockets we need to unscrew all the nuts and bolts on the socket. Take care not to damage the upper side of the housing.

Šele sedaj lahko začnemo z popravilom jack vtičnice. Morali jo bomo odspajkati, da lahko odstranimo zlomljen del jack vtikača. Odspajkamo priključne pine konektorja na spodnji strani vezja.

Previdno izvlečemo jack vtičnico. Sedaj lahko odstranimo del zlomljenega jack vtikača,to je tulec,ki smo ga izvlekli iz vtičnice.

Carefully pull out the jack socket. Now you can remove the broken part of the jack plug, this is a sleeve that we pulled out of the socket..

Izvlečemo tudi ostanke zlomljenega jack vtikača,njegovo konico. Pregledamo vtičnico,če je vse vredu, jo lahko ponovno prispajkamo. Napravo sestavimo v nasprotnem vrstnem redu,kot smo jo razstavili.

Pull out the remains of the broken jack plug, the tip. Examine the socket if it is all right, it can be resoldered. Assembly the device in reverse order, as we disassembled it.
