Repairing the
SPSU (switch power supply unit) the electrolytic
capacitor replacement,/popravilo
stikalnega usmernika,menjava elektrolitskega kondenzatorja
Zaradi
dotrajanosti ali kakšnih napak materiala,transporta itd..se nam lahko večkrat
zgodi da odpove usmernik. Naprava ne deluje.
Due to wear

Previdno
odvijemo pokrov in ga odstranimo na varno. Odvijemo tudi vijake na zadnji
strani.
Carefully unscrew the cover and remove it to safety. Unscrew the screws on the back side,too.
Preverimo
napetost na sekundarju stikalnega usmernika. Napetost
za konzolo mora biti 5V če je manjša od te vrednosti je napaka na usmerniku ali
je konzola v kratkem stiku. V našem primeru je napetost samo 3,1V.
Check the
voltage at the secondary switching rectifier. Voltage for the console
must be 5V if it is less than
this voltage is an error on the
rectifier or the console is short-circuited. In our example, the voltage
is only 3,1 V.
Izmerimo upornost na sponkah, upornost je visoka, konzola ni v kratkem stiku. Ugotovimo napako na usmerniku. Odvijemo ploščico tiskanega vezja in jo pripravimo na odspajkanje gladilnih elektrolitskih kondenzatorjev.
Measure the
resistance at the terminals, the resistance is high, the console is not short-circuited. Finds a fault on the rectifier. Unscrew the plate
printed circuit board and prepare
it for desoldering smoothing electrolytic capacitors.
Ko smo odspajkali omenjene elemente vidimo,da je eden izmed
elektrolitskih kondenzatorjev v okvari in ne deluje pravilno, vrh elementa
napihnjen. Zamenjamo ga z novim enake vrednosti,zamenjamo tudi ostale
kondenzatorje.
When we
resolder these elements, we see
that one of the electrolytic capacitors is defective and not working properly, the top element is inflated. Replace it with a new one of the same value,
replace the remaining capacitors.
Privijemo
ploščico tiskanega vezja na nosilce in pritrdimo vse konektorje
ter jo pripravimo za test. Privijemo vijak z kovinsko ploščico in preverimo če
smo povezali vse mase.
Screw printed
circuit board to the brackets and
attach all connectors and prepared for the
test. Screw the screw on the metal plate and check
if we connect
all grounds.
Vklopimo
napravo in izmerimo napetosti na sekundarju
usmernika. Izmerjena vrednost je 5,12V naprava deluje pravilno.
Switch on the
device and measure the voltage on the secondary rectifier.
The measured value is 5.12 V device is working
properly.
Priključimo
konzolo in spremljamo kaj se dogaja na prikazovalniku. Konzola se inicializira ,prebere disk deck
Connect the
console and monitor what is happening on the LCD. The console
is initialized, it reads the disc deck
2 and is placed at position 0, and waiting for the
command. Device is working properly.
