Repairing the jog wheel (optical encoder) in replacing the bass pot/popravilo vrtljivega enkoderja (optičnega) in menjava bass potenciometra

Zaradi dotrajanosti ali kakšnih napak materiala,transporta ali prahu v prostoru itd..se nam lahko večkrat zgodi da odpove potenciometer in vrtljivi enkoder. Bass potenciometer in enkoder ne delujeta.

Due to wear or any material defects, transport or dust in space, etc. .. we can often happen to terminate the potentiometer and rotary encoder. Bass potentiometer and encoder is not working

Previdno odvijemo spodnji pokrov in ga odstranimo na varno. Pred nami je zgornja plošča tiskanega vezje,ki jo bomo morali odstraniti da dosežemo elemente na vezju.

Carefully unscrew the bottom cover and remove it to safety. We see the upper printed circuit board, which will have to remove to achieve the items on the board..

Previdno odvijemo še vijake za ozemljitev in odstranimo flat kabel z vezja. Kabel je povezava med CPU ploščo ter komponentami na vezju.

Carefully unscrew the screws for ground and remove the flat cable from the circuit. The cable is connection between the CPU board and the components on the circuit board.

Pripravimo si delovno površino in zgornjo ploščo tiskanega vezja obrnem navzgor. Sedaj lahko očistimo vezje in drsne potenciometre.

The circuit are prepared to work,look for any obvious defects elements fail. Remove the protective silicone glue that connects the elements for the stability of the vibration and bad solder connections.

Odvijemo še nekaj vijakov in distančnikov da lahko pridemo na elementov na drugi plošči tiskanega vezja. Odstranimo tudi CPU ploščo .Ko smo jo odstranili dosežemo vrtljiva enkoderja in ju previdno očistimo s čopičem.

Unscrewed a few screws and spacers that you can get to the other elements of the circuit board. Remove the CPU board. When we removed the board we achive rotary encoders and cleane it with a brush.

Ker dela med panel ploščo in enkoderjem ne moremo doseči ju je potrebno razstaviti. To naredimo tako,da odstranimo zatič in izvlečemo vrtljiva dela. Previdno ju očistimo s čopičem. Očistimo tudi ostale tipke.

As part of the panel plate and the encoder can not be achieved we need to disassemble it. This is done by removing the bolt and remove the rotating part. Carefully clean them with a brush. Clean the rest of the keys.

Ker smo s spodnjo ploščo tiskanega vezja zaključili jo lahko sestavimo po obratnem vrstnem redu,kot smo jo razstavili .Na zgornji plošči tiskanega vezja začnemo z odspajkanjem bass potenciometra.

Since we are completed with the lower printed circuit board we can assemble it in reverse order, as we have exhibited. On the upper printed circuit board we can begin with desoldering bass potentiometer.

Ko smo odspajkali potenciometer vstavimo novega,izpravnega ter ga prispajkamo na vezje,previdno sestavimo zgornjo ploščo v nasprotnem vrstnem redu kot smo jo razstavili,vijaki,distančniki stranski stranici,vijaki za ozemljitev in spodnji pokrov.

When we desolder potentiometer insert the new one and soldered it on the circuit, carefully assemble the upper plate in the opposite order than we have exhibited, screws, spacers the side, screws for grounding and the bottom cover.

S posegom v aparat lahko poškodujete vezje. Bodite previdni pri menjavi potenciometra,ker lahko poškodujete ploščo tiskanega vezja. Če tega posega niste vešči naj za vas to opravi strokovnjak.
