Repairing the
pcb,/popravilo ploščice tiskanega vezja.
Zaradi
dotrajanosti ali slabega vzdrževanja,izpostavljanja tekočinam,transporta itd..se
nam lahko večkrat zgodi da odpove vezje. Naprava ne deluje.
Due to expire

Previdno
odvijemo pokrov in ga odstranimo na varno. Odvijemo tudi vijake na zadnji
strani vezja.
Carefully unscrew the cover and remove it to safety. Unscrew the screws on the back side of pcb, too.
Odstranimo vezje z ohišja da lahko dostopamo do elementov
na vezju. Z avtodiagnostiko preverimo če aparat zazna kakšno napako. Vidimo
da na LED prikazovalniku pokaže napako na DSP procesorju.
Remove the
circuit board from the housing
in order to access the elements in the circuit. With
autodiagnostic will check if the
machine detects any error. We
see that on the LED display shows the error
on the DSP processor.
Na Zoom DSP procesorju IC1 preverimo če so prisotne vse napetosti 3,3V,masa in clock. Zaradi korozije vezja nekaj povezav ne deluje. Popravimo povezave za + napajanje in clock.
On Zoom DSP processor IC1 check the presence of
all voltages of 3.3 V, the gnd
and clock. Due to corrosion circuits are some links does not work. Fix the link
to the + power supply and clock.
Ko smo
ugotovili da ne delujejo povezave DSP procesorja IC1 in pomnilnika IC7 moramo
te popraviti. Ker vezje zgleda vredu je verjetno
napaka pod IC7. IC7 z vročim zrakom odspajkamo z
vezja.
When we
found out that the links
with DSP processor IC1 and memory IC7 do not work,we need
to fix it. Since the circuit looks
fine is probably a fault under
IC7. Resolder IC7 with hot air from
the circuit.
Opazimo
da je korozirala povezava na maso. Z izvijačem
spraskamo korozijo. Z navadnim spajkalnikom pospajkamo
baker,da popravimo povezavo in jo zaščitimo proti koroziji.
Notice that the corrosion
disconnect the ground. Use a screwdriver to scratch down the
corrosion. With standard soldering iron solder copper to repair the connection
and protect it against corrosion.
Ponovno z
vročim zrakom prispajkamo IC7. Vezje z ostanki tekoče
spajkalne paste očistimo z alkoholom.
With hot
air solder the IC7. Clean the circuit with
the remains of the liquid
solder paste with alcohol.
Priključimo
napravo in spremljamo kaj se dogaja na prikazovalniku. Naprava se inicializira, se postavi na prvo mesto, banka A.1 in je pripravljena za uporabo. Preverimo še avdio vhode
in izhode ter potenciometre.
Connect the
device and monitor what is happening on the screen. The device is initialized, is in the first position, the bank A.1 and

inputs and outputs, and potentiometers.
